Our efforts to deliver diversification in property investment returns to our clients have led us into mainland Europe, predominantly to the commercial property market in Germany.

Over the last three years, we have been involved in the office, retail and nursing home sectors.

We are involved in both the purchase and sale of existing buildings, as well as development projects. We have built a network of contacts across Germany to enable access to off-market deals. We also work with local experts in connection with lettings, management and technical advice.
