We have had a long relationship with Busy Bees, the nursery operator, which goes back over 9 years.  During that time we have provided valuation, disposal, rating and planning advice.

In July 2007, the Group called on us to help them prepare for the takeover of a national portfolio of 88 properties, operated by competitor Leapfrog.  Within a very tight timescale, we provided the property valuation and building surveys for the full portfolio, enabling the corporate deal to progress, at a reported value of £32.1 million.
