We are instructed by Quercus Property Partnership, co-owned by Quintain Estates & Development Plc and Aviva Investors, to manage a nursing home portfolio of 250 properties, in locations from Plymouth to Inverness.

Full management instruction with duties including:
• Monthly and quarterly rent collection as per individual leases
• Financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Weekly rent payment schedules
• Analysis of accounts for valuation and benchmarking
