We advised on the proposed development of 100+ luxury apartments in an 8-storey scheme in Liverpool city centre.
Iliad instructed us to advise them after objections to the original scheme were submitted by English Heritage. The site is located within a Conservation Area and adjacent to a Listed Building.
We negotiated the grant of planning consent and subsequently appealed against the City Council's refusal of consent for the addition of a pavilion apartment at roof level. The appeal was allowed and planning permission granted.
