Croudace Properties
We have advised Croudace Properties on the development of a retail and leisure scheme on Staines Road, Hounslow in West London. A 148-bed hotel has been let to Etap (part of the Accor Group). It is currently under construction and due to complete in the Summer of 2008.
We are also instructed to let the 7,000 sq ft ground floor unit for retail or restaurant use.
