We have let the newly refurbished Excalibur building to TDG Contract Logistics. The former Owens Corning Glass Fibre Manufacturing Plant, part of the Wrexham Industrial Estate, was redeveloped by Kingmoor Park Properties, who bought the property for £3.2 million three years ago and have spent a further £2 million on the project.
We were instructed to market the property, which was ideally located for occupiers needing good transport links in the North West. We secured a five lease to TDG Contract Logistics, one of Europe's leading supply chain management companies, who have taken the entire 260,000 sq ft building.
