Having been retained to search for new offices in the City of London on behalf of European brokers, Tradition Financial Services, we acquired one of the largest trading floors in the City. TFS took a single floor of 49,600 sq ft at Beaufort House from Credit Suisse Property Investment Management, on an assignment of an existing lease with 8 years unexpired.
We negotiated favourable lease terms, including a 2 year rent free period.
