We acquired a 128,000 sq ft property for Stanton Rubber & Plastics, a UK manufacturing company in the late 1990s. We continued to advise on the property, helping the tenants with rent reviews, dilapidations claims and challenging rates demands.
The company was acquired by Trelleborg, who are currently relocating the production operation to the Czeck Republic. We have been retained to sell their leasehold interest and carry out building works to return the building to full warehouse use.
