Acting on behalf of a private syndicate, we were instructed to identify suitable commercial property investment opportunities within the North West.  Building 3200, located on Daresbury Park immediately adjacent to J11 of the M56, is a high specification office let to Vistorm (a substantial and improving tenant) for a further 7 years, with a guarantee from NatWest Bank.

The sale, by Morley Fund Management, was monitored for several months before we negotiated the purchase on behalf of the syndicate at a figure equating to 7.92%.
