Richard Beaumont

Richard is primarily involved in advising owner and occupier clients on their property assets and liabilities throughout the UK. He has extensive experience of dealing with leasing and landlord and tenant negotiations for industrial and office accommodation, as well as overall strategic management of client portfolios.

He currently works for clients such as Trelleborg, Autoglass, Carillion, Converteam, and Cookson Group.

Steven Bennetts

Steven has negotiated numerous rent reviews and lease renewals for both occupiers and landlords on a range of property types including industrial, offices and leisure in the South East of England.

Steven also has extensive experience in contentious disputes acting as an Expert Witness in arbitration awards, independent expert determinations and court proceedings.

Chris Betteridge

Chris acts for a wide range of office, industrial, retail, leisure and housing sector clients.  He is experinced in the acquisition of planning permission, both at application and appeal stages, as well as the preparation of expert reports including Design and Access Statements and Retail Impact Assessments.

Edward Burdell

Ed works in the London Agency Team, focusing on office property in the City of London, acting for both landlords and tenants. 

He graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
