Following a career start in Property Management, Alex now works within the Liverpool Valuation team.  He advises a range of clients on both commercial and residential property valuations.

Richard Clarke

Richard is head of the City Agency & Development Team and has over 25 years' experience focused on property within the City of London.  He specialises in leasing, acquisition, development and investment.

Some of his clients include Ambrian Partners, Caixa Geral de Depositos, ING Real Estate Investment, Grainmarket, Land Securities, Lonely Planet and Tradition Financial Services.

Piers Collacott

Piers works in the Valuation Team and provides advice to all the major lending institutions, investors, property companies and private individuals.  He values property for loan security and development funding purposes, and also advises on distressed asset strategy.

David Colvin

David has over thirty years' experience of the Liverpool commercial property market. He advises a range of corporate occupiers and institutional property investors, both within the City and in the North West region.

His clients include F&C Asset Management, Mapeley Estates, Morley Fund Management, Telereal Services and Weightmans.

Graham Cooke

Graham has over 25 years' experience dealing with Valuations throughout the North West Region for various purposes including secured lending and balance sheet.  Graham also has experience of acting as Expert Witness in valuation and landlord and tenant disputes.

Neil Culkin

Neil is a Chartered Town Planner whose background includes six years working in the public sector before moving to private practice in 2007. 

Neil's expertise includes includes strategic planning and development advice, preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals including expert witness appearance at inquiry, development framework representations and development option appraisals.

Mick Cumming

Mick is responsible for the running of all property & asset management functions including the financial services section and databases.  He has particular experience of large mixed-use developments, offices and shopping centres.

With over 30 years' experience, Mick acts for various long-term clients such as Sodexo, Saxon Land BV, F&C, Quintain Estates & Development and ExCeL (Docklands).
