Leading the provision of city centre and out-of-town office agency activities from the Manchester office, David has 18 years' experience, most recently in the north west regional market.  He acts for a wide range of investors, property companies and occupiers.

Suzanne Leo

Suzanne has extensive experience in advising on party wall and neighbourly matters.  She has worked on a number of large, city centre redevelopment schemes for landowners and developers on 'both sides of the fence'. 

She has also worked on commercial refurbishment schemes from establishing and developing clients' initial briefs from feasibility stage, through pre-contract administration, design and specification, construction stage and post-contract administration. She is a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Glyn Lloyd

Glyn is primarily involved in providing advice to both landlord and tenant clients on central London office and retail accommodation.  This includes both acquisition and disposal of offices / retail and advising on various Landlord & Tenant issues.
