Richard is primarily involved in advising owner and occupier clients on their property assets and liabilities throughout the UK. He has extensive experience of dealing with leasing and landlord and tenant negotiations for industrial and office accommodation, as well as overall strategic management of client portfolios.

He currently works for clients such as Trelleborg, Autoglass, Carillion, Converteam, and Cookson Group.

Steven Bennetts

Steven has negotiated numerous rent reviews and lease renewals for both occupiers and landlords on a range of property types including industrial, offices and leisure in the South East of England.

Steven also has extensive experience in contentious disputes acting as an Expert Witness in arbitration awards, independent expert determinations and court proceedings.

Mick Cumming

Mick is responsible for the running of all property & asset management functions including the financial services section and databases.  He has particular experience of large mixed-use developments, offices and shopping centres.

With over 30 years' experience, Mick acts for various long-term clients such as Sodexo, Saxon Land BV, F&C, Quintain Estates & Development and ExCeL (Docklands).

Nicola Dixon-Brown

Nicola manages a varied portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties for a range of clients including foreign investors, pension funds and private clients.  She deals with all aspects of property management such as service charge budgets and analysis, rent and service charge collection, facilities management and health & safety issues.

Jeremy Dowding

Jeremy is a specialist Facilities Manager with a strong engineering background. He helps clients reduce operational property costs whilst complying with statutory requirements.

He advises on occupational and building management strategy, service contract administration and Health & Safety issues for existing portfolios and new development proposals. He acts for both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial and residential property.

Chantell Erasmus

Chantell manages a portfolio of 260 nursing homes, liaising between client, tenants and solicitors.  She prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports and payment schedules.

Samantha Hadland

Primarily involved in advising both occupier and developer clients on their property assets and liabilities, across all sectors of the property market including offices, industrial, retail and airports. This includes both acquiring and disposing of buildings and sites, as well as dealing with Landlord & Tenant issues.

James Hewetson

James runs the London Valuation Team and undertakes valuations of residential, commercial and leisure properties for development, occupational and investment purposes.  He also carries out expert witness work.

James is instructed by a wide range of clients including the major clearing banks, investors and residential developers.

Craig Hinvest

Craig is a specialist occupier agent, with a track record spanning over 12 years in Central London office markets.  He handles our clients' bespoke occupancy strategies.

Lyn Howgate

Having started with the firm as a qualified Town Planner, Lyn has moved to a more central role, responsible for all matters relating to corporate marketing. Activities include client management, business development, public relations and all other forms of internal and external communication.

She supports the Financial Controller in the formation and implementation of business plans and budgeting procedures.

Lyn is also the quality representative for the firm and responsible for maintenance of their ISO 9001 accreditation.

Rengin Hudaverdi

Ren deals with all aspects of the management of properties, liaising between the clients, tenants and contractors.  She carries out weekly inspections of major Central London properties and deals with any issues which arise on a day-to-day basis.

David Jackson

Over 35 years' experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor dealing with commercial, industrial, retail and residential property.  Acts for clients including banks and funders, developers, property owners and occupiers, institutions and public authorities.  Specialises in dilapidations and building defect appraisals.

David Johnson

David has specialised in property investment throughout his career.  He advises a range of UK and International funds, as well as property companies and private individuals on the strategy for disposals and acquisitions of commercial assets.

David acts across the UK, but has particular experience in  London and the South East.

Martina Kalvin

Martina's background is as a general practice surveyor, focusing primarily on commercial and residential property in central London.  She now works within the London Valuation Team, carrying our loan security valuations on owner-occupied properties, investment portfolios and development sites.

Hugh Kemsley

Hugh is an experienced Arbitrator and Independent Expert, dealing mainly with City and City fringe appointments.  He is on the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts.

Other areas of expertise include strategic Property Management, Investment, Development and Valuation.

Glyn Lloyd

Glyn is primarily involved in providing advice to both landlord and tenant clients on central London office and retail accommodation.  This includes both acquisition and disposal of offices / retail and advising on various Landlord & Tenant issues. 

Andrew McArthur

Andrew supervises and undertakes trading related valuations in the hotel, licensed, leisure and healthcare sectors.

He works for the major clearing banks as well as specialist operator groups.

Ian McHardy

Ian has over 20 years' experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor dealing with office, industrial and retail properties for a range of clients including property companies, pension funds, banks, institutions and occupiers.

He specialises in dilapidations, building pathology and strategic maintenance management.

Martin O'Callaghan

Martin has 25 years' experience in all types of valuation including Investment, Corporate, Taxation and Loan Security.

Martin acts for all the major clearing banks, and works closely with the investment and occupier consultancy teams.

Emily Parker

Emily works in the London Valuation Team, on both residential and commercial property valuations.

She graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Neil Prince

Neil has over 29 years' experience in the Central London Office market, and a significant knowledge of owners, occupiers and buildings in this location.  He is instructed by clients including Buckingham Management, F&C REIT, Howard de Walden Estates and Thomas Cook.  He has a wide contact base which spans property companies, investors, corporate occupiers and other agents.  His expertise covers lettings, acquisitions, rent reviews and lease renewals.

James Routledge

James advises institutions, property companies, developers and private investors and financiers on investment strategy, buying and selling standing investments and development funding.  His role often extends to implementing asset management strategies and sourcing bank debt.

Svetlana Stankevich-Smith

Svetlana provides valuation and development appraisal advice for a variety of property assets, including commercial and high value residential sectors, for all purposes, including loan security and asset valuations.

Ben Strange

Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor who started his career in Yorkshire, but has joined the London team. 

He carries out a wide range of work, including contract administration, measured surveys, schedules of condition and reinstatement cost assessments as well as advising on dilapidations and party wall matters.

Mark Tillson

Mark provides strategic property advice for corporate occupiers including office and distribution users, throughout the UK.  His main activities involve the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

He co-ordinates other service providers both internally and externally, to provide the full service team needed to ensure not only are deadlines met but also business interruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
