£32.5m Purchase of Caldecotte Lake Business Park

Matthews & Goodman's Investment Team advised LaSalle Investment Management on the purchase of Caldecotte Lake Business Park, Milton Keynes, on behalf of the LaSalle UK Ventures Fund. The property was acquired for £32.5 million.

Caldecotte Lake Business Park was developed between 1991 and 2000 on a 12 acre landscaped site. It comprises a multi-let office park, arranged in seven pavilion-style buildings totalling 170,000 ft² with an excellent car parking ratio of 1:240 ft². LaSalle have entered into a Joint Venture with Frontier Estates to actively manage the park. Existing tenants include Amway, Lundbeck, T-Mobile, Leaseplan and Triad Group Plc.
