Secret Millionnaire buys Bath Place

Following the merger of Cancerbackup and Macmillan Cancer Support, 3 Bath Place became surplus to requirements.  Dominion and Matthews & Goodman were instructed to put the building, next to the proposed Art'ol Scheme in Old Street, on the market.  Martin Stamp's Company, Ionic Information Ltd, bought the freehold building for immediate occupation, moving from their current offices in Goswell Road which are now too small.

The 6,700 sq ft building was sold for £1.7 million freehold.
