Belron International acquire UK HQ

Matthews & Goodman represented Belron International in the acquisition of the freehold of Milton Park, Egham for their own occupation. Milton Park is a new grade A office development of 36,835 sq ft set in 12 of acres of beautiful landscaped grounds. The environmentally sensitive building has been designed by architects Dunthorne Parker Consulting to minimise energy consumption and maximise efficiency.

Matthews & Goodman carried out pre-acquisition due diligence and have also been instructed by Belron to advise on Facilities Management and Rating issues.
