Chris Weights Appointed

Property advisers Matthews and Goodman, incorporating Edmund Kirby, have appointed Chris Weights to head the valuation services team in its Liverpool office. Chris will focus on valuation work for loan security and loan review purposes in all sectors including residential, commercial and development property. This appointment will further strengthen the Liverpool office since its merger with Edmund Kirby and Chris will link with the national business to provide local experience to national clients.
Chris has more than 15 years' commercial property experience and spent the last seven years in the Liverpool valuation team of CB Richard Ellis.
