The property was subject to a successful application for a change of use, secured by Matthews & Goodman's planning team, from office to consular use during the acquisition process.

Dominic Evans at Matthews & Goodman acted for the purchaser, a sovereign state. Henry Godsall at Fineman Ross acted for the vendor, a private investor. Ken Bishop at DTZ acted for the tenant, Deloitte. The solicitors for the vendor were Hilmi & Partners, London and for the purchaser, Cobbetts, Manchester.
