Acting on behalf of Medicash Health Benefits Ltd, Matthews & Goodman have acquired the third floor of One Derby Square, Liverpool. Medicash have taken 13,000 sq ft in this 1950's building that has recently been refurbished to Grade A standard.
Matthews & Goodman achieved a significant reduction in the asking rent as well as a long rent free period for their client.
This is the second largest acquisition of office space in the prime core business are of Liverpool this year, the first being Weightmans' acquisition of 96,000 sq ft at the Plaza, where Matthews & Goodman also acted for the occupier.
