Acting on behalf of clients of Keills Fund Management, Matthews & Goodman have acquired a 49,642 sq ft office building at Thorpe Park, Peterborough, for £7.585 million.
The premises were subject to a sale and leaseback to Northgate Arinso Ltd, an outsourcing company. The lease is for a term of 15 years and subject to RPI rent indexation.
