London Luton Airport

We have been appointed as property advisers on London Luton Airport Operations Limited, the 5th busiest airport in the UK.  The estate comprises hangars, offices, car parking and workshops.

Our role is to act for LLAOL on rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings and rating on the various properties within the Airport estate, including the main terminal buildings.  We also provide general consultancy advice to the Airport, ensuring they maintain good relationships with key tenants, which include Monarch, TUI, Easyjet, Gulfstream, Harrods, Bedfordshire Police Authority and DHL.
