Colas Rail Portfolio
We were instructed by Colas Rail Ltd to prepare valuations for Accounts and Auditing purposes. They occupy six sites in Brighton, Eastleigh, Norwood, Purley, Rugby and Wimbledon.
These large industrial depots typically include offices, workshops, storage and large yard areas on site of between 2 and 8 acres. Buildings range from brick built structures erected in the early part of the 20th century, to modern portacabin units.
Valuations were provided on Market Value and Existing Use Value bases, assuming the properties would be sold as part of the continuing business. All reporting accorded fully with FSA and RICS Standards.
The timescale from receipt of instructions, through full inspections of all properties and delivery of reports was five weeks.
