On behalf of a Partnership consisting of various private investors, we advised on the disposal of this 20,000 sq ft supermarket, in the German federal state of Hessen, for circa € 3.7 million. The property is let to Tegut. 

  As part of a wider mandate, we are advising on the ongoing investment strategy for other supermarkets retail parks and shopping centres across Germany.
