Hammersmith Apollo

The Hammersmith Apollo is one of London's major live music venues, located on Queen Caroline Street in Hammersmith.

After a successful year running Hammersmith Apollo (in collaboration with MAMA Group) HMV Group asked us to revalue this popular entertainment venue for financial reporting purposes.

The property is a Grade II listed building, originally constructed as a cinema in the early 1930s.  the venue has retained the original Art Deco style throughout, including ceiling lights, chandeliers and cinema style swing seats.
