Woolyard, Great Portland Estates' development on Bermondsey Street,
The Trust has taken a 20 year lease at a rent of Â£395,000 per annum and will share occupation with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, the London Wildlife Trust, H&H Bancroft Wines and IdeasTap, through a series of subleases and sub under leases.
Matthews & Goodman also co-ordinated the delivery of the pre-acquisition survey and schedule, reviewd the service charges and carried out a Charities Commission compliant property valuation.
