Scarborough Development Group, Newport

Historically we secured planning consent for a mixed use redevelopment of the vacant Cambrian Centre in Newport on behalf of Modus.

Following the Scarborough Development Group's recent purchase of the property, we were instructed to provide the planning input into a new application for redevelopment of the building to include a food store, retail units, restaurants/cafe, a Council 'one-stop-shop', 40,000 sq ft of office floorspace and a Public Transport Interface.
