On behalf of an investment client, we provided strategic maintenance management advice and undertook a Planned Preventative Maintenance Survey on a grade II listed building.

We subsequently implemented the maintenance plan, prepared specifications and obtained tenders.  Repairs were phased over a five year period and started with works to the roof, which required listed building consent.

We also prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations in connection with internal repairs on a let office suite within the building.  We achieved settlement with the tenant in less than one month.
