Sodexo UK Portfolio

We act across the UK for Sodexo, the service solutions provider. 

We have helped them save property costs on their nationwide portfolio which includes offices, warehouses and industrial properties.  We help when new premises are acquired by carrying out Building Surveys, Dilapidations Liability Assessments and Schedules of Condition.  At the end of a lease, we negotiate their Dilapidations claims.
