We were instructed to appeal against the 2005 compiled list entry. Research involved a detailed analysis of the 70 separate buildings on site, the oldest dating from 1910.

We successfully reduced the Rateable Value from £2.57 million to £2.25 million, saving the client over £500,000 during the life of the 2005 List.
