We represented Belron International in the acquisition of the freehold of Milton Park, Egham for their own occupation.

Milton Park is a new grade A office development of 36,835 sq ft set in 12 of acres of beautiful landscaped grounds.

We carried out pre-acquisition due diligence and have also been instructed by Belron to advise on Facilities Management and Rating issues.
