Mixed Use Portfolio
Acting on behalf of, and working very closely with, Baker Tilly Restructuring & Recovery we provide strategic portfolio advice across the UK. We maximise rental income and enhance capital values on a diverse mixed use portfolio of retail, office, industrial, leisure and development sites on which the majority of the UK clearing banks have lent money.
Our role extends beyond simple rent collection and day to day asset management and also includes preventative maintenance surveys, rent reviews, lease regears, change of planning use to enhance value, dilapidations negotiations, refurbishment and of course letting and valuation advice.
Once the property potential has been maximised we arrange and negotiate the disposal of the asset and liaise with the administrator and their lawyer to ensure the sale completes. Property values within the portfolio range on an individual basis between £250,000 and £15m.
