Four ageing office buildings, were purchased for a 100,000 sq ft redevelopment.  The redevelopment was postponed due to the economic climate and we were appointed to manage the building.

We have worked with the landlord to secure short term lettings whilst minimising service charge costs and striving to operate plant snd machinery beyond its normal life expectancy.
