We first became involved in the search for a suitable site for a new exhibition centre in the 1980s. From the mid 1990s, when the current site was earmarked for development, we provided strategic advice on the Estate and the need for an Estate Service Charge. We have given consultancy advice on the ExCeL London site (excluding the Exhibition Centre) for the last twelve years.

We run the Estate Service Charge for ExCeL's London Exhibition Centre which includes hotels, a night club, public house, restaurants, creche, apartments and retail units.
