NHS Foundation Trust, Billinge Hospital

We are currently advising the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust on the redevelopment of the former Billinge and Whelley Hospital sites.

The proposed schemes include residential development and involve pre-application negotiations with the Local Planning Authority and the coordination of number of specialists including highways consultants, landscape architects and ecologists.
