London Luton Airport

We have been appointed as property advisers on London Luton Airport, the 5th busiest airport in the UK. The estate comprises hangars, offices, car parking and workshops.

Our role is to act for LLAOL on rent reviews and lease renewals on the various properties within the Airport estate, a role previously carried out in-house. We are currently representing the Airport in rent reviews and lease renewals of properties occupied by Monarch, TUI, Bedfordshire Police, DHL, City Net Catering, Airbus and Premier Connections.
