We advised on the value of 2-10 and 20 Cornwall Terrace, London NW1.  Cornwall Terrace and Mews form one of the historic Nash terraces of substantial houses that line London's Regents Park, the subject properties having formerly been the headquarters offices of British Land.

The terrace has been reconfigured as just eight luxury mansions, ranging between 8,000 and 15,000 sq ft.  We advised on the current Market Value of the leasehold interest in the houses for internal accounting purposes on behalf of Derwen International Limited.
