Liverpool Property Specialists
Our firm has a history in Liverpool which spans almost 160 years. Home to almost 20 employees, our office is located in the heart of the commercial district, in the former Victorian railway station, Exchange Station.
We have provided and continue to provide property advice on a number of key properties in the city centre, from The Royal Liver Building, to India Buildings to Mann Island. We advise clients based in Liverpool, the North West and beyond – these range from public sector organisations and private/institutional investors, to entrepreneurs and high-profile household brands.
Some, such as Liverpool CC and T J Morris own a portfolio of multi-site and multi-location properties, whilst others occupy an office, or a ‘space’ in a co-working environment.
However, we know that irrespective of where our clients are based, or the size and complexity of their assets or portfolio, they all share three characteristics:
- The uniqueness of their brief
- The clarity of their expectations
- The desire for the best advice, on the best terms
In accordance with the Government’s advice, we have introduced a home-working policy, with immediate effect. Our priority is obviously the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, as well as continuing to provide our clients with the same high-value service that they have come to expect of us.
- Will continue to work as normal
- Will continue to be totally accessible via email and/or phone
- Will opt for conference calls, rather than face-to-face meetings wherever possible
- If face-to-face meetings are necessary, every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all participants.
Your usual contacts will continue to be available via mobile/telephone or email. If you cannot reach them, please do contact another team member.
M&G in the Community
We are proud to support future talent in Liverpool by providing both work experience placements and employment opportunities via our Graduate Training Programme. For a number of years, we have also sponsored the prize for “Outstanding Final Year Special Submission in Building Surveying”, awarded by Liverpool John Moores University.
We also support the local community through various fundraising initiatives. Most recently the team competed in Liverpool Water’s Dragon Boat Race, in aid of Claire House Children’s Hospice. The Liverpool offices’ nominated charity for 2019-21 is Papyrus UK.
Head of our Liverpool office is Lynn Haime, an experienced asset manager and TMT sector specialist.
Our Liverpool team consists of multi-disciplined specialists, who always provide clients with advice which is informed, impartial and independent.
