Nicola has over 15 years of service with M&G looking after HR and company payroll with responsibilities including:-
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including interviews, contract preparation, on-boarding, induction, buddy schemes and training.
- Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and line managers on HR policy, practice and employment law.
- Administration of the annual salary review process, staff promotions and Career Development Scheme.
- Managing monthly payroll along with procurement and management of a range of company benefits.
Nicola enjoys seaside walks with her husband and two young children, especially if they happen to finish at a venue selling a nice pub lunch.
