Matthews & Goodman’s Investment team has completed the acquisition of building 3300 Daresbury Business Park on behalf of a new private client.
The 55,159 sq ft office building has been let to the Ombudsman Service. The property was sourced off market due to effective collaboration between Matthews & Goodman’s Investment and National Business Space teams regarding market intelligence and local market knowledge
The acquisition follows Matthews & Goodman’s previous and ongoing involvement at Daresbury Business Park. The firm has previously acquired office space at building 3200 and is currently instructed on the letting of 31,250 sq ft of high spec, self-contained office space at building 1200.
Existing occupiers in Daresbury Park include ABB, Babcock International, Appsense, Hewlett Packard and the 180 bedroom, four star Daresbury Park Hotel & Spa.
