World Villages for Children, which helps vulnerable children, from all faiths, in the most deprived areas in the world, by providing them with access to food, healthcare, shelter, education and vocational training.

Brief

Identify and secure contemporary office accommodation in central London – premises which would prove less expensive to occupy than their former (expensive) Mayfair abode.

Result

We identified a refurbished office in Westminster which met the client’s occupational requirements and negotiated very good terms – compared to the market alternatives.

In addition, we also secured a generous ‘golden hullo’/rent-free period and our Building Consultancy team was able to minimise the charity’s exit dilapidation liabilities.
