Case Study

Pyroguard UK

Client

Pyroguard UK, manufacturers of fire resistant glass to enable architects, specifiers and installers achieve their vision of safe and aesthetically beautiful living and working spaces.

Brief

Identify and acquire a modern industrial/warehouse unit to facilitate a planned increase in capacity of the manufacture, storage and distribution of fire/safety glass and related products.

The property had to be near the client’s two existing facilities to allow for any future consolidation of premises. The new site had to meet specific parking, office accommodation and power requirements.

Result

We identified and negotiated favourable leasehold terms on a three-acre plot which included attractive incentives - against the backdrop of rising rents and diminished supply.

The new building is a speculatively built shed, located on the same industrial estate as the client’s existing units, which can be easily adapted to meet all their operational requirements.
