Provide a full Property & Asset Management service on an industrial investment portfolio of 70 properties across four industrial units, previously managed by the Council’s in-house team. The primary objectives were to identify opportunities to add value to the portfolio and to generate cost savings without compromising service.



Working closely with the client and their tenants, we successfully delivered an effective ‘Change Management Programme’ which reduced the client’s physical, financial and reputational risk.

Specific initiatives included:

  • Implementing an efficient Service Charge regime in accordance with the RICS Code
  • Strategically addressing historic lease renewals and outstanding rent reviews
  • Successfully resolving
    • Legacy tenant issues
    • Historic rent arrears

By reducing costs, increasing recoverability and improving capital values, we achieved an overall improvement in the investment’s financial performance.
