Brief

Develop a marketing strategy for a new ‘high spec’ mixed use scheme, including self-contained offices with strong appeal to the TMT sector. As the completion of the new development, located in the dynamic eastern City fringe district close to Tower Hill was imminent, timing for the successful completion of the marketing plan was critical.

Result

A new single occupier was introduced for the scheme and legal completion achieved within a matter of weeks, enabling the second phase of the development to commence as planned.
