Brief

Following the acquisition of a new central London premises by our Acquisition team, we were instructed to manage an extensive refurbishment and fit-out of the 120-person office, in a very short timescale.

Result

The project involved the:

  • Creation of formal office areas, kitchen facilities, breakout areas, executive offices and meeting rooms, all designed to reflect the brand values and strategy
  • Purchase and installation of all fixtures, furniture and signage.

The team met the stringent timeframe and formally handed over the refurbished office just eight weeks after taking occupation.
