Provision of Lease Advisory services, including tenant focused strategic expansion (and latterly, contraction), across a number of floors in a 28,000 sq ft property.
The property's landlord is Central London's largest listed property REIT.

During our 15-year relationship with this client, our advice has helped them to secure advantageous lease terms and has provided them with certainty on forward rents.
- Successfully completed various negotiations, including:
- Detailed terms for Agreement for Lease pending landlord works
- Deed of Variations to include subletting provision
- Rent Review matters
- Provided advice pending lease regearing
- Ensured all leases across four different units (with floor plates of c 3,000 sq ft each) remain co-terminous.
