  • Explained all factors affecting value to the lender, including the unusual tenure covenants, and the developing nature of the location as a commercial centre
  • Advised on how the intra-company lease could be re-structured to enhance the value, and the implications of this for the lender, providing valuations on the requested Special Assumption bases
    • This allowed for an appropriate funding agreement to be negotiated between the client and Borrower.
